摘　　要：目的：解决全自动化分析仪使用过程中对标本的要求,由于生化检验模式发生了根本的变化,由过去传统的手工、半手工模式转变为现在的自动化的检测设备,标本要进行多项目测定,造成生化室标本大量集中,血液标本在采集后往往不能及时上机检测,需2h～4h才能出报告.以探讨血液标本放置时间的长短对检测结果的影响.Objective：Solves in the entire automated analyzer use process to the specimen request, because the biochemistry examination pattern has had the radical change, by the past tradition handwork, half manual pattern transforms into the present automation check-out facility, the specimen must carry on the multi--project determination, created the biochemistry room specimen massive centralisms,the blood preparation often cannot use the computer promptly after gathering the examination, needed 2h-4h to be able to leave the report. Discusses the blood preparation laying aside time the length to examine the result the influence.
