摘　　要：本文从推拿手法实践教学出发,总结了各种手法操作时的一些共性要求,从医者体位选择、参与手法的关节和肌肉数量、吸定的要求以及手法的整体要求四方面论述了手法操作的共性技术要求,有利于加深对手法要领的理解,在教学过程中引导学生深入思考,有利于提高手法学习和实操训练的效果.This paper summarized the general requirements according to the massage manipulation practicing. This requirements can deepen understanding of massage rnanipulation,guiden practice of massage manipulation and improved therapeutic effect of massage.
