摘　　要：目的：探讨静脉留置针在胸膜腔穿刺中的应用价值.方法：静脉留置针取代传统胸膜腔穿刺针对10例次胸水深度不足2cm者行胸腔穿刺抽液治疗.结果：穿刺成功率100%,无出血、气胸、胸膜反应等并发症,穿刺过程中年幼患儿的哭闹、身体扭动及成年患者的咳嗽、咳痰等表现对穿刺无影响.结论：静脉留置针替代传统胸膜腔穿刺针在年幼患儿、体弱患者、胸水深度不足2cm者行胸膜腔穿刺术安全、有效、创伤小、并发症少、影响因素少,且价格低廉、操作方便,值得临床推广应用.Objective： Discussion vein leaving alone needle in pleural cavity puncture application value. Methods： The vein leaving alone needle subslitution tradition pleural cavity puncture pulls out the fluid treatment in view of 10 example inferior chest water depth insufficient 2cm good chest cavity puncture. Finally the puncture success ratio 100%,does not have complications and so on hemorrhage, pneumothorax,pleural membrane re sponse,in the puncture process the young trouble cries noisy, the body sways from side to side and grown--up performance and so on patient＇s cough, expectorate does not have the influence to the puncture. Conclusion： The vein leaving alone needle substitution tradition pleural cavity punelure needle in the young trouble,is physically weak the patient, the chest wafer＇depth insufficient 2cm good pleural cavity puncture method security, effective, the wound small, the complication few, the influence factor are few, also price inexpensive, ease of operation,is worth the clinical promoted application.
