摘　　要：目的：儿童扁桃体摘除术＋腺样体摘除术解除上呼吸道通气不畅,治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症.方法：全麻下双侧扁桃体摘除术＋内窥镜下行腺样体摘除术.结论：儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症大多是腺样体肥大或合并扁桃体肥大所致.Objective：The child tonsillectomy ＋ adenoid body excision technique relieves the upper respiratory tract ventilation to be impeded,treatment sleep apnea low ventilation syndrome. Methods：Under general anesthesia two--sided tonsillectomy ＋ endoscope downward adenoid body exdsion technique. Conclusion：The child blocking sleep apnea tow ventilation syndrome mostly is the adenoid body large or the merge hypertrophy of tonsils result.
