摘　　要：肾癌是泌外科的常见恶性肿瘤,常见的手术方式有肾癌根治术和肾部分切除术.部分肾癌患者由于肾功能不全、孤立肾、双肾癌等不能接受肾癌根治术,或小肾癌（〈4㎝）而选择肾部分切除术.2009年我科收住了1例双侧肾癌患者行了双侧肾部分切除术,现将护理体会报告如下.The kidney cancer is secretes the surgical department the common malignant tumor, the common surgery way has the kidney cancer root governing skill and the kidney partial excision methods. Because the partial kidney cancer patient the kidney function not entire,the isolated kidney, the double kidney cancer and so on cannot accept the kidney cancer root governing skill,or the small kidney cancer （〈 4 cm） chooses the kidney partial excision methods. In 2009 I the branch received 1 example two--sided kidney cancer patient good two--sided kidney partial excision methods, presently will nurse the experience report as follows.
