摘　　要：婴儿脑出血多由维生素K缺乏、外伤引起,本病发病急,病情重,易误诊,病死率和病残率高.采用微创穿刺术治疗后密切观察患儿意识状态,生命体征及肢体功能变化,加强术后引流的观察及患儿的基础护理,可减少并发症,提高治愈率.Baby cerebral hemorrhage many lacks, the flesh wound by Vitamin K causes,this sickness sends critically ill, the condition is serious, easy to misdiagnose, case fatality rate and sick and disabled rate high. After uses micro creates the puncture method treatment the close observation trouble consciousness condition,the life symptom and the body function change,after the enhancement technique the drainage observation and trouble foundation nursing, may reduce the complication, enhances the cure rate.
