摘　　要：肺性脑病是中度或重度呼吸衰竭引起的高碳酸血症、低氧血症,以中枢神经系统机能障碍为主要表现的综合征,是肺心病的严重并发症,预后差,病死率可高达56.4 %.临床表现为头昏、头痛、白天嗜睡、夜间兴奋、反应迟钝、表情淡漠、记忆力衰退等现象,严重者出现烦躁不安、神志恍惚、谵妄、昏迷或惊厥.如及时发现病人的病情变化,采取有效护理,可大大降低病人的死亡率,提高治愈率.Lung brain illness is the high carhohemia,the low oxygen blood sickness which moderate or the specific weight breath failure causes, drafts take the central nervous system function barrier as the main performance synthesis,is the heart disease from lung disorders serious complica- tion, the prognosis is bad, the case fatality rate may reach as high as 56.4 ~. The clinical manifestation for dizzy, the headache, the daytime is addicted to rests, at night excited,slow reaction, the expression faint,phenomena and so on decline of memory, serious appears is agitated restless, the state of mind absent minded, the delirium, the stupor or the convulsion. If discovered promptly patient＇s condition change, adopts effective nursing, may reduce patient＇s mortality rate greatly, enhances the cure rate.
