摘　　要：采用流动方向的二维有限元计算与厚度方向一维有限差分计算的耦合方法，建立有限元模型，进行注射模具ＣＡＥ对大型箱体注射模进行浇注系统优化设计及填充分析，使在模具制造之前，及时预测和修改设计缺陷，大大提高了注射模的设计水平，减少了产品的设计周期，提高了产品在市场上的竞争能力。In running direction, using the technique of the two-dimensional finite elementcalculation and the one-dimensional finite difference calculation, the injection mould is optimizedand the filling process is analyzed, which makes the defects of the mould designing can be fore-casted and modified before the mould is machined. The designing level of the mould is improved. thedesigning period is reduced, and the competition capacity of the product in the market is improved.
