芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的治疗作用和安全性。方法 144例慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者随机分为芪苈强心胶囊试验组(72例)和心宝丸对照组(72例)。4周后进行心功能疗效、中医证候疗效、超声心动图指标观察,并评估其安全性。结果心功能疗效:试验组显效率和总有效率分别为57.8%和79.7%,对照组分别为33.8%和73.8%,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医证候疗效:试验组显效率和总有效率分别为53.1%和87.5%,对照组分别为33.8%和80.0%,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。超声心动图指标:2组LVEF、FS、SV和试验组CO治疗后较治疗前均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),试验组LVEF优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效确切,而且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effect and safety of the Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic contractive heart failure.Methods A total of 144 cases with chronic contractive heart failure,they were randomly divided into treatment group（n =72） who were treated by Qiliqiangxin capsule,and patients in control group（n = 72） were treated by Xinbao pill.The therapeutic course for two groups was 4 weeks.Indexes including heart function rating,effect of TCM syndrome and left ejection fraction were observed for evaluating effect.Results At the aspect of the effect of heart function,remarkable curative effect（57.8%） and the total effective rate（79.7%） in treatment group were superior to those in control group（33.8%,73.8%,P0.05）.On the aspect of the effect of TCM syndrome, remarkable curative effect（53.1%）and the total effective rate（87.5%） in treatment group were superior to those in control group（33.8%,80.0%,P0.05）.On the aspect of LVEF,FS,SV,the improvement in treatment group were more than that in control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule has a good effect and safety to chronic contractive heart failure.
