高职生焦虑与心理压力关系研究

摘　　要：目的了解高职院校大学生焦虑、心理压力特．点及相互关系，为增进高职生身心健康提供依据。方法采用《中国大学生心理应激量表》（CCSPSS），《状态特质焦虑问卷》（STAI）对石家庄市763名高职生进行测查。结果高职生状态焦虑水平高于一般人群常模，与心理压力呈正相关，特质焦虑水平无明显差异，与心理压力不存在相关关系。状态、特质焦虑在性别、年级、城乡变量上差异无统计学意义。高职生学习、生活、发展、社交、家庭压力及压力总分低于大学生常模群体，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。女生社交压力高于男生，差异有统计学意义（P〈O05）。农村来源的学生学习压力高于城市来源学生，（P〈0．05）。不同年级在学习、生活、发展、社交及心理压力总分方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），一年级学习压力最高，二年级总的心理压力和发展压力最高，三年级总的心理压力及各方面压力最低。结论心理压力是状态焦虑的重要相关因素，应针对不同情况，加强高职生学习、社交、生活适应教育，从而缓解心理压力，减轻焦虑。Objective To examine psychology stress and anxiety status of vocational college students, and to investigate the rehtionship betweein them. Methods 763 vocational college students were asked to fill out the questionnaires of China College Student Psychological Stress Sale and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Results Vocational college students＇ state anxiety higher than the normative model of normal Chinese, There was significantly positive correlation between stress and state anxiety （P〈0.05）. vocational college students＇ total score and scores in all dimensionality of psychological stress were lower than national college norm （ P〈0.05 ） . The sociality stress of female students was higher than that of male students （P〈0.05）o The study stress of students from the countryside was significantly higher than that of students from cities（P 〈 0.05 ） .There were significant differences in total psychological stress, study stress, life stress, development stress and sociality tress between the grades（ （ P 〈 0.01 ） . The study stress of freshman was the highest. The total psychological stress and development stress of sophomores were the highest.. Conclusion Life stress is closely related to state anxiety, To help vocational college students adapt college＇ study and life, it＇ s useful to decrease stress and anxiety.
