摘 要:针对油田抽油机负载变化频繁,其对应的配套感应电动机经常处于轻载状态,效率低电能浪费大的特点,介绍了用PC型节能控制器对油田游梁式抽油机进行节能改造的方法。该方法为抽油用三相感应电动机提高效率,降低用电成本提供了理论依据.实验结果证明该方法是正确有效的。测试都表明,该节能控制器有很明显的节能效果。As the loads of oil pump in oil field are changing frequently,the supporting induction motor corresponding to the oil pump often operates under light-load conditions,its operation is inefficient and the waste of electric energy is large.In this paper,we introduce the method of applying the PC energy-efficient controller to remake the energy-saving for walking beam type pumping unit in oil field.The method provides a theoretical foundation for efficiency improvement and cost reducing of induction motor in operation.The correctness of the method has been proved by experimental results.The test has demonstrated that this energy-efficient controller has the very obvious energy-efficient effect.
