摘 要:目的了解护士长任职现状、培训内容、培训方式需求、制约培训的因素等情况。方法便利抽取某培训班成员203名,采用自行设计的问卷对其进行调查。结果管理协调能力和专业知识技能水平被认为是护士长任职最重要的能力;护士长培训内容以质量控制、风险管理、管理/护理管理理论为主;培训方式要结合实际,因人而异;时间因素和上级领导不支持被认为是制约培训的主要因素。结论长沙地区护士长任职态势良好;护士长培训内容和形式需求多样化,需结合实际并以需求为基础灵活开展;培训机构应注重培训效果,加强培训技能转换的评价。Objectives To investigate the working status,training contents, demands of training methods and the factors influencing the training of head nurses. Methods A total of 203 head nurses were chosen by convenience sampling in a training course, and investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about their working status. Results The management - coordination ability and the level of professional knowledge and skills were considered as the most important qualifies for head nurses. Quality control ,risk management and the theories of management/nursing management were ranked as the most needed training contents. The training methods must be practical and individualized. Time and lack of support from leaders were the main factors restring training. Conclusions The working status of head nurses is well in Changsha City. The contents and methods of training should be diversified, practical, needs - based and flexible. Training institutions should emphasize on training effects and enhance the evaluation of training skills.
