术前心理访谈降低介入诊疗患者焦虑水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术前心理访谈对降低介入诊疗患者焦虑水平的作用。方法对60例介入患者进行术前心理访谈,采用前后自身对照,以状态-特质焦虑量表评价干预前后的变化。结果进行术前心理访谈后介入患者的焦虑水平比访谈前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论术前心理访谈有利于减轻介入患者术前心理焦虑,促进介入患者的康复。Objective To explore the effects of preoperative psychological interview on the anxiety degree of patients before intervention therapy. Methods A self - controlled research was implemented. Sixty patients received the psychological interview and were assessed with State - Trait Anxiety Inventory before and after the intervention. Result The anxiety degree of the involved cases after the intervention was significantly lower than before （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Preoperative psychological interview is beneficial to reduce the anxiety level of patients before intervention therapy and enhance their recovery.
