手术室无菌包储放间空气消毒方法对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较多功能臭氧消毒机、定时空气洁净器及自动空气洁净器对手术室无菌包储放间的空气消毒效果。方法:对手术室无菌包存放间空气分别用多功能臭氧消毒机、定时空气洁净器及自动空气洁净器处理,于消毒前后及无菌物品储放间使用后30、60、90分钟空气采样,行细菌和菌落计数。结果:3种消毒方法消毒前后细菌数均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用空气洁净器取自动开启模式是最理想的空气消毒方法,空气洁净器定时模式次之,多功能臭氧消毒机不佳。Objective:To compare function of ozone sterilization machine,regular air cleaner and automatic purifiers different methods aseptic packages stored on operating room between air disinfection.Methods:The operating room aseptic package of the same storage room were used to multi-ozone disinfection machine,regular air cleaner purifiers and automatic processing,the disinfection before and after and between use stored sterile after 30,60,90min sampling,line bacteria colony counting.Results:three kinds of disinfection methods before and after bacteria were significantly different.Conclusion:The use air purifiers get automatically open mode best method sterilization,air purifiers second time mode,multi-poor ozone disinfection machine.
