土木香薄层色谱鉴别方法的探讨

摘　　要：土木香为常用中药材，在薄层色谱鉴别中用硝酸银板，效果不十分清晰。实验用硝酸铵板和喷以硫酸乙醇溶液加热显色，分离效果比较好。Radix inulae is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine. The effect of Radix inulae identification previously using silver nitrate thin layer plate was not ideal. In this experiment, ammonium nitrate thin layer plate was applied and heated for color development using the alcoholic solution of 10 % sulfuric acid as coloring agent. As a result, the separation efficacy for this paper was better than that for the previous method.
