摘  要:本文认为,未来中国经济发展必须要克服的主要问题包括环境问题、质量问题、物流问题等三大问题。由于世界市场环境的变化,商流(Marketing)的影响力及效应不断下降,与此形成鲜明对比的是,现代物流的效应不断增强,在满足顾客的需求和降低成本等两方面都产生了较大的影响。21世纪开始进入了重视现代物流业发展的时代。随着制造业在全球范围内推进事业的发展,为了推进商流中满足顾客需求(CS)和与顾客的关系(CR),在现代物流多样化发展模式中,第三方物流和供应链管理已经不是以国内市场,而是以国际市场为核心,进行市场经营战略。现代物流的目标,不应是以最小的成本提供最好的顾客服务,而应该是以最小的成本提供目标水平的顾客服务。从商流到现代物流时代的转变的观点具有创造性,对于即将从"世界的工厂"向"世界的消费市场"转变的中国来说具有重要的意义。In the future,in developing China's economy,we should conquer such three problems as the problem of environment,quality and logistics.Because of changes in world market environment,the influence and effect of marketing is decreasing.Comparing with this,the effect of modern logistics is increasing in terms of satisfying customer demand and decreasing cost.Since the beginning of the 21th century,we have entered a new era of paying more attention to the development of modern logistics industry.with the global development of manufacturingt,o satisfy customer demand and improve customer relation while promoting marketingi,n the diversified development pattern of modern logistics,3PL and SCM takes the international market,but not the domestic market,as the core to implement market operational strategies.The target of modern logistics should not be providing the customers with the best service with the minimized cost,but providing the customers with target level service with the minimized cost.Transforming from the era of marketing to the era of modern logistics is an innovative view;and it is of great significance for China's future transformation from "the factory of the world" to "the consumption market of the world".
