摘　　要：应对图书馆利用率下降的方法之一是将图书馆服务推送出去,浏览器工具条是一种很好的方式。分析了工具条的优点,介绍了Toolbar Studio开发工具及其特点。以开发图书馆工具条为例,讲述了图书馆工具条的开发过程和方法,较好地实现了用户常用网络功能和图书馆服务的集成,以期更多图书馆利用Toolbar Studio将图书馆的资源和服务集成到用户的浏览器中,让读者更方便快捷地使用图书馆。Answer the drop of the library utilization,one of the ways is to push out library services and browser toolbar is a good way.This paper analyses the advantages of toolbar and introduces the ToolbarStudio development tool and its features.By developing Library toolbar we introduce the toolbar development process and methods,integrate the common networking features into library services effectively.By this way we hope more libraries could use the ToolbarStudio to integrate the library resources and services into the user＇s browser,and so the readers can use the library more conveniently and efficiently.
