消化性溃疡病人生活满意度及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨消化性溃疡患者生活满意度及其影响因素,为制定相应健康促进策略提供依据。方法采用职业人群生命质量综合评定量表对119例消化性溃疡者进行问卷调查,利用SPSS18.0对与生活满意度有关的社会—心理—生物因素进行分析。结果该人群的生活满意度指数为12.85±3.15,生活满意度与性别、居住、职业以及患者的行为类型等有关,其相关系数为0.1322～0.2538。结论性别、居住、职业及患者行为类型等方面的因素可影响到消化性溃疡患者的生活满意度。[Objective]To explore the life satisfaction and its influencing factors in patients with peptic ulcer,provide the reference for making relevant health promotion strategy.[Methods]119 patients with peptic ulcer were investigated by Quality of Life Scale for Occupational Population. The society-psychology-biological factors related to life satistfaction were analyzed by SPSS 18. 0. [Results]TheLSIA （ Life Satistfaction Index A） of this population were 12. 85 ±3. 15. The life satistfaction was related to sex,residential place,occupation and behavior type of patients,and the correlation coefficient was 0. 1322 ～ 0. 2538. [Conclusion]Sex, residential place,occupation and behaviou type of patients can influence the life satistfaction of patients with peptic ulcer.
