摘　　要：研究了以双季戊四醇和丙烯酸为原料合成双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯的方法,考察了催化剂、阻聚剂、脱色剂、溶剂的种类及其用量、酸醇比、反应时间等因素对合成的影响,得到的最佳反应条件为:3.0g固体超强酸SA,1.2g阻聚剂YD,1.2g脱色剂TSJ-1,130mL苯,n(丙烯酸):n(双季戊四醇)=7.8:1,反应时间5h,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯收率达85.7%,色度80APHA。A process for preparation of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate by direct esterification from dipentaerythritol and acrylic acid was studied.The effects of the types and amount of catalysts,inhibitors,decolorizers and solvent,ratio of acid to alcohol and reaction time were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows：solid superacid SA 3.0g,inhibitor YD 1.2g,decolorizer TSJ-1 1.2g,benzene 130mL,n （acrylic acid）：n（dipentaerythritol） =7.8：1 and reaction time 5h.The yield of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate reached to 85.7%and chroma reduced to 80 APHA.
