摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂对锐钛型纳米TiO_2进行表面疏水化改性研究,探讨了硅烷偶联剂的种类和用量、水和乙酸的用量、反应时间和反应温度等因素对纳米TiO_2表面疏水化程度的影响,确定了较佳疏水化改性工艺。实验结果表明,最佳修饰剂为KH570;修饰后的纳米TiO_2表面上存在KH570,而且KH570与TiO_2的表面羟基发生了反应;经过表面修饰,纳米TiO_2的晶型结构未发生改变仍为锐钛型。本文在表面修饰基础上,用对苯乙烯磺酸钠对纳米TiO_2进行包覆改性,实验结果表明,经过包覆改性后的纳米TiO_2在水体系中的分散稳定性得到较大程度的提高。Nanosized TiO_2 was modified by silane coupling agent.The influence of factors,such as the type and content of coupling agent,the amount of water and acetic acid,reaction time and temperature on the surface modification of nano-TiO_2 was studied,and the optimum conditions for the modification of nano-TiO_2 were obtained. The results showed that the optimum coupling agent was KH570.KH570 existed on the surface of modified TiO_2 and reacted with the hydroxyl radical on the surface of nano-TiO_2.The crystal form of TiO_2 did not change after the surface modification and it was still anatase crystal.In this paper,nano-TiO_2 was coated by sodium styrene sulfonate on the base of surface modification of nano-TiO_2.And the results showed the dispersion stability of modified nano-TiO_2 was improved significantly in aqueous system.
