摘　　要：目的:调查研修人员手卫生依从性及其影响因素,为做好研修人员的手卫生管理提供依据。方法:以来自不同级别医院的1240名研修人员为调查对象,由受过专门培训的医院感染专职人员到研修人员所在科室进行调查,在研修人员无感知的前提下,采用统一设计的表格和观察方法调查其手卫生执行情况。结果:研修人员的洗手百分率为35.28%,来自不同级别医院的研修人员中手卫生依从性有统计学差异(P<0.0001)。随着来院时间的增长,其洗手百分率从14.67%提高到58.46%,且研修人员的肥皂洗手法的依从性高于速干手消毒剂擦手法。结论:研修人员的手卫生依从性偏低,应采取针对性措施加强管理。Objective：To analyze the hand hygiene compliance and related factors of research and training fellows,then improve management of their hand hygiene.Methods：A total of 1240 research and training fellows from different level hospitals were investigated by dedicated hospital staff of infection control under an uninformed condition.Their hand hygiene implementation status were evaluated and recorded by a standard observing method.Results：The general hand hygiene compliance of research and training fellows was 35.28%.The differences among different level hospitals were statistically significant（P〈0.0001）.Along with the duration of study in our hospital increased,their hand hygiene compliance improved from 14.62% to 58.46%.We also found that their compliance on hand washing with soap was better than hand washing with rapid disinfectant.Conclusion：Research and training fellow＇s hand hygiene compliance was low.And we should implement effective management method to improve the status.
