摘 要:目的:在实施护士分层级管理前提下,探讨护理专业人才分层次培养策略。方法:制定整体培养目标,按专业需求和标准选拔人员,落实培养及考核计划。结果:形成了合理的护理人才梯队,其科研、教学水平成果丰硕。结论:有计划、科学的护理人才分层次培养策略,促进了成长型、骨干型、专家型护理人才的成长,使护理人才梯队构成日趋合理,拓宽了护士职业发展通道,有利于提高护理专业技术水平和护理服务质量。Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the hierarchical training strategy for nursing professionals in accordance with the implementation of hierarchical management of nurses.Methods:The integrated target was established for nursing training,the nurses were selected according with the professional needs and a set of criteria,and the plan for training and evaluation were strictly implemented.Results:The hierarchical training strategy brought about a rational echelon of nursing professionals and fruitful achievements in nursing teaching and research.Conclusion:The hierarchical training strategy for nursing professionals could improve the growth of nursing talents,with the development of specialist and capable nursing staff,which was well-plan and scientific-design,which also helped to rationalize the hierarchical structure of the nursing staff,broadened the road of nurses' professional development,and improved the quality of techniques and service in nursing.
