摘 要:目的:建立千里香中九里香酮和5′-九里香酮的HPLC含量测定方法,并检测广西不同产地千里香中九里香酮和5′-九里香酮的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱分析,用Global Chromatography SP-120-5-ODS-AP C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相;检测波长332 nm。结果:九里香酮和5′-九里香酮分别在0.589 6~5.896μg和0.564 4~5.64μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率分别为100.2%(RSD 1.39%)和100.3%(RSD 2.01%)。结论:广西不同产地千里香中九里香酮和5′-九里香酮的含量存在较大差异,以龙州产含量最高。Objective: To determine murrayone and 5′-murrayone in Murraya paniculata from different habitats in Guangxi.Method:A Global Chromatography SP-120-5-ODS-AP C18 Column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm)was used with methanol-water(60∶40) as the mobile phase and UV detection was at 332nm.Result:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.589 6 ~ 5.896 μg for murrayone and 0.564 4~5.64 μg for 5′-murrayone,and the both correlation coefficients(n = 5) were 0.999 9;the average recovery(n = 6) for murrayone and 5′-murrayone were 100.2%(RSD 1.39%) and 100.3%(RSD 2.01%) respectively.Conclusion:There were large differences in the contents of murrayone and 5′-murrayone among murraya paniculata with different habitats in Guangxi.The highest content was found in Longzhou.
