青黛克银丸治疗银屑病模型的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究青黛克银丸对银屑病动物模型的治疗作用。方法:将小鼠或豚鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组、青黛克银丸高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。各组ig给药1次.d-1,连续14 d。采用小鼠阴道上皮和小鼠尾部鳞片表皮病理模型,观察青黛克银丸对上皮细胞有丝分裂指数及小鼠尾部表皮鳞片中有颗粒层的鳞片数;采用豚鼠耳部皮肤银屑样皮损模型,观察皮损组织病理变化及耳廓表皮厚度。结果:青黛克银丸能明显抑制阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,对小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成有显著促进作用,可使豚鼠银屑病样模型耳部皮肤厚度显著减少。结论:青黛克银丸对动物银屑病模型有较好的治疗作用,其作用机理可能与抑制表皮细胞增生和改善角化不全有关。Objective： To study the therapeutic actions of the Qindaikeyin Pills on animal models of psoriasis.Method： Mice and guinea pigs were randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive group,Qingdaikeyin Pill groups（high,medium,low doses）.Each group was orally administered once daily for 14 d.The effects of the pills on epithelial cells mitosis index and number of scale with granular layer in tail epidermis scale in mice were detected by using the pathologic samples of the mice＇vaginal epithelium and scales＇cuticle at the tails of mice.The model of dermal damage with psoriasis in guinea pig＇s ears was carried out to observe the pathologic changes in dermal tissue and epidermis thickness.Result：Qindaikeyin Pills showed remarkable inhibitive actions on mitosis of mice＇ vaginal epithelial cell and promotive actions for formation of epidermal granular layer in the scales of the mice＇ tails.Qindaikeyin Pills could decrease the thickness of epidermis with psoriasis in the guinea pig＇s ears.Conclusion：Qingdaikeyin Pill possesses the significant treatment effect on animal models of psoriasis,which may be attributed to the action of suppressing hyperplasia of epidermal cells and improving imperfect keratinization.
