藿香与陈皮不同比例合煎水提物对大鼠胃肠运动的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨藿香与陈皮不同比例合煎水提物对肢体缺血再灌注大鼠胃肠运动的改善作用。方法:利用肢体缺血再灌注大鼠制备胃肠动力障碍模型。同时ig给予藿香与陈皮不同比例合煎水提物,观察其对肢体缺血再灌注所致大鼠胃肠推进、胃肠激素异常的改善作用。结果:实验大鼠经肢体缺血再灌注后,造成胃肠运动减缓、胃动素及胃泌素分泌减少,藿香与陈皮不同比例合煎水提物能有效改善肢体缺血再灌注引起的大鼠胃肠推进的减缓(P<0.05)和胃泌素的下降(P<0.05)。结论:藿香与陈皮不同比例合煎水提物对肢体缺血再灌注所致大鼠胃肠动力障碍有明显的改善作用,其机制与改善胃肠推进、提高血清胃泌素水平有关。Objective：To study,the effect of decoction of Agastache rugosa with dried tangerine peel in different proportion on gastrointestinal motility in rat model of limb ischemia-reperfusion.Method：Limb ischemiareperfusion model of gastrointestinal dysfunction was established.Decoction of Agastache rugosa with tangerine peel in different proportions was administered to observe the influence on gastrointestinal motility in ischemia-reperfusion rat and on gastrointestinal hormone abnormalities.Result：Gastrointestinal motility in the model rat was slowed down,and secretion of motilin and gastrin was decreased.Agastache rugosa and dried tangerine peel together in different proportions could improve gastrointestinal mobility in the model（P 〈 0.05） and increase the levels of the motilin and gastrin（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Agastache rugosa and dried tangerine peel together in different proportions may improve gastrointestinal motility disorder in the brat model of limb ischemia-reperfusion.The mechanism may linked with improvement of gastrointestinal motility,and the increase in plasma motilin and gastrin.
