摘　　要：在梳理近年国内外骨髓干细胞标记物研究成果的基础上，分别从骨髓干细胞标记物来源、特性等方面论述骨髓干细胞标记物的研究现状，探讨了在临床和实验研究方面利用骨髓于细胞标记物针对骨髓干细胞循环的动员、归巢、分化环节等研究情况，明确寻找和鉴定干细胞所特有的细胞表面标志分子，将有力促进干细胞生物学特性的研究和临床应用的提高。Based on the advances in biomarkers of bone marrow stem cell home and abroad in recent years, the article summarizes the current status of studies on the origin and characteristics of the biomarkers. The clinical and experimental researches using the biomarkers are discussed,including mobilization,homing and differentiation of the circulating bone morrow stem cells. The clear identification of the biomarkers for bone marrow stem ceils will effectively promote the studies on stem cell biology and their clinical applications.
