摘　　要：目的探讨甲型H1N1流感社区流行期间,妇幼保健医疗机构中甲型H1N1流感医院感染的预防与控制方法。方法密切关注甲型H1N1流感动态,采取有针对性的培训和健康教育;适时启动医院感染突发事件应急预案;多种措施保护重点人群,掌握并严格执行消毒隔离技术和标准预防;加强重点人群甲型H1N1流感监测;严格督促执行各项防控措施。结果在临床工作量明显增加、社区甲型H1N1流感流行日趋严峻双重压力下,医院感染中的上呼吸道感染病例基本同去年,未发生甲型H1N1流感在医院内的局部暴发或流行及病例聚集性增加。结论结合医院专科特点及时跟踪甲型H1N1流感流行事态发展,提前做好充分准备,医院领导重视,多科合作、全员参与、多种措施、联防联控是甲型H1N1流感流行期间医院感染预防与控制的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To study the prevention and control measures of hospital infection for maternal and child care institutions during community epidemic of influenza A/ H1N1. METHODS Paying close attention to influenza A/H1N1 tendency, takeing the measure of target-oriented training and health education; starting timely emergency response plan against hospital infection; takeing a variety of measures to protect key crowd, mastering and fulfilling exactly the prevention of disinfection and isolation technology and standards; and strengthening monitoring of influenza A/H1N1 in key crowd to supervise strictly the implementation of the prevention and control measures. RESULTS Under the dual pressure of significant increase in workload in clinical and increasingly difficult of influenza A/HIN1 epidemic situation in community, the upper respiratory tract infection case in hospital was the same as last year. The situation has not occurred of the local outbreak or epidemic in the hospital and increasing in clusters cases with influenza A/ H1N1. CONCLUSIONS With the characteristics of specialized hospital. These measures such as prompt tracking influenza A/H1N1 epidemic development, fully preparing ahead of pandenuc time, attention from hospital leaders, multi department cooperation, full participation, and many kinds of measures, combining with prevention and control, may be the effective ways for prevention and control of hospital infection during influenza A/H1N1 epidemic periods.
