摘　　要：目的了解温州市医疗机构消毒工作质量,为预防和控制医源性感染提供依据。方法对温州市部分医疗机构进行消毒灭菌效果和环境微生物学监测。结果 2006-2009年共监测494份样品,其中合格393份,平均合格率为79.55%;其中消毒液、物体表面、空气、内镜、手表面和压力蒸汽灭菌效果合格率分别为100.00%、94.92%、43.18%、64.86%、78.95%和77.78%。结论应完善各医疗机构的消毒灭菌效果自检系统,加大监督检测力度,提高医院消毒灭菌质量。OBJECTIVE To study the disinfection quality in the medical institutions of Wenzhou in order to provide evidence for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. METHODS Monitoring of sterilization effects and environmental microbiology were used in some of the medical institutions of Wenzhou. RESULTS Totally 494 samples were monitored from 2006 to 2009, of which 393 were eligible,with an average pass rate of 79.55%. The pass rates of liquid disinfectant, surface, air, endoscope, staffrs hands, and autoclave sterilization were 100.0 %, 94.92%, 43.18%, 64.86%, 78. 95% and 77. 78%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS We should perfect the selfchecking system for the sterilization effects in all of the medical institutions, strengthen the monitoring, and improve the quality of hospital disinfection and sterilization.
