摘 要:目的探讨一种眼科诊室中方便有效的空气消毒方法。方法通过将空气清菌片和空气消毒机两种不同消毒方法应用于眼科诊室空气消毒后,进行诊室空气取样,分析样本细菌菌落总数,将消毒前后所得空气细菌总数杀菌效果差异进行比较。结果空气消毒片组在5次观测中有4次超越高消毒效果标准,而空气消毒机组无此现象,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观测空气消毒机组的菌落数(y)与时点(x)呈对数曲线关系,lgy=1.989+0.119x,而空气消毒片组无此关系;说明两诊室所采用的消毒方法均是有效消毒。结论两种方法用于眼科诊室的消毒都是有效的,空气消毒机消毒法更方便使用,但仍需改进。OBJECTIVE To explore a convenient and effective method of air disinfection for the ophthalmology consultation room. METHODS Two different disinfection methods including air disinfection mat and air disinfection machine were used in ophthalmic consultation room in this study. Before and after disinfection by each method, air samples were taken for bacterial culture and total number of bacterial colony counting. Statistics analysis was done to compare the difference of the effectiveness of the two disinfection methods. RESULTS There were 4 cultures having bacterial colonies more than 200 CFU/m^3 at 8 o'clock in air disinfection mat group but not in air disinfection machine group (P〈0.05, X^2 test). The relationship between bacterial colonies (y) and time (x) was lg y= 1. 989 + 0. 119x in air disinfection machine group. CONCLUSIONS Both methods are effective for ophthalmology consultation room disinfection. Air disinfection machine is more convenient but needs further improvement.
