全自动清洗机去污时限的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全自动单舱喷淋清洗机的去污时限,提高器械清洗质量。方法将正常使用后的手术器械分别放置30、60、90、120、150、180min后,置于同一台全自动单舱喷淋清洗机内,按设定程序清洗,并对清洗效果进行监测分析。结果手术器械正常使用后,放置30、60min进行清洗的效果较好,清洗合格率为100%,放置>90min的器械清洗效果差。结论器械使用后约1h是全自动单舱喷淋清洗机的去污时限,放置>90min的器械直接使用全自动单舱喷淋清洗机清洗无法达到质量要求。OBJECTIVE To detect the decontamination time by single-tank spray automatic washing machine, and improve the quality of equipment cleaning. METHODS The normally used surgical instruments after 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180min were placed in the same single-tank spray automatic washing machine according to set procedures for cleaning, and their washing effect was monitored and analyzed. RESULTS The cleaning effect was good when the medical devices were normally used and plaled for 60rain, and the pass rate of the cleaning was 100%. The cleaning effect was bad when they placed for more than 90 rain. CONCLUSIONS About 1 hours after using the medical devices is the time-limit of the fully automatic washing machine. The medical devices placed for more than 90min can not meet the quality requirements by direct use of the fully automatic washing machine.
