摘  要:目的为了解医院下呼吸道感染病原菌及耐药性。方法采集2008年5月-2009年5月下呼吸道感染住院患者的痰标本,进行菌株鉴定和药敏试验,WHONET5.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果分离出的革兰阴性杆菌前3位分别是铜绿假单胞菌(11.67%)、大肠埃希菌(10.90%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(10.24%);革兰阳性菌中,前3位分别是凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(10.30%)、金黄色葡萄球菌(6.33%)、肠球菌属(4.79%);真菌占8.86%;K-B药敏试验显示,革兰阴性杆菌中,亚胺培南敏感率最高,但存在耐药菌;革兰阳性球菌中,未发现耐万古霉素和耐替考拉宁菌株。结论细菌耐药性现象呈增长趋势,特别是耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌、多药耐药非发酵菌等十分普遍。OBJECTIVE To investigate the pathogenic bacteria in lower respiratory tract and drug resistance in our hospital. METHODS The lower respiratory infection patient's sputum sample was collected from May 2008 to May 2009, to carry out strains assay and drug sensitive test. WHONET statistic software was used to analyze the data. RESULTS The top three Gram-negative bacilli isolated were Pseudomonas aeruginosa (11. 61%), Escherichia coli (10.90%), and Klebsiella pneumoniae (10.24%);and that of Gram-positive bacteria were coagulase negative Staphylococcus (10.30%), Staphylococcus aureus (6.33%) and Enterococcus (4. 79%) ; the fungi were (8.86%);K-B drug sensitive test demonstrated: the imipenem sensitive rate of Gram-negative bacillus was the highest. Among Gram-positive bacteria, vancomycin and teicoplanin resistant strains were not detected out. CONCLUSIONS There are some phenomena that the bacterial drug resistance has increasing tendency, especially meticillin-resistant staphylococcio, multi-drug resistant nonfermenting bacteria.
