摘　　要：Ridit分析与秩和检验都可对等级资料进行组间平均水平的比较,但在实际工作中这两种方法如何选用是一个值得探讨的问题。针对该问题通过例题对等级资料的Ridit分析及秩和检验方法进行解析,以便医务工作者能够根据数据自身特点及分析目的选择合适的统计学方法,获得等级资料间相互比较的正确结论。Ridit analysis and rank sum test are used to compare the average levels between groups of ranked data.However,how to apply the two methods properly is not always so easy in practical researches.This article illustrates the critical points in application of Ridit analysis and rank sum test.Several examples are discussed,so that medical researchers are able to choose appropriate methods with the consideration of data characteristics and analyzing objectives according to the principles summarized at the end of the article.It is supposed to provide necessary help to obtain correct conclusions in comparing ranked data.
