特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症的X线分析

摘　　要：经痰、胃液检查证实的13例特发性肺含铁血黄素的胸片显示，不同病程及病期的X线表现不同，呈现出多样性，从肺纹理增多到团絮状影。笔者认为本病胸片表现缺乏特异性，需结合临床作出诊断。X-ray manifestutions of 13 cases with idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis, comfirmed by examination of the sputum and gastric juice,showed that the X-ray findings of the disease varied in different stages from accentution of lung markings to collsolidation of patches. The authors believed that the X-ray findings of the disease alone were non-specific and suggested that the X-ray findings be correlated with other clinical manifestations.
