摘　　要：样品用乙酸乙酯提取，提取液过凝胶渗透色谱，溶液浓缩后，再用C。。小柱净化，洗脱液吹干后，经七氟丁酸酐衍生，气相色谱一质谱选择离子定量，两组分分离良好。在兔肉、猪肾和鱼肉样品中进行添加试验，添加水平为1～5μg/kg时，回收率为72．7％～113．8％，测定结果的相对标准偏差为3．90％～12．21％（n=10），检测限为1μg/kg。Animal tissue was extracted with ethyl acetate, the solution extracted was passed through the GPC column. The solution was concentrated on the rotary evaporator, cleaned up with SPE C18. The elute solution was evaporated, derived with hepterflu- robutyl anhydride, and determined by GC - MSD SIM mode. Additive experiment in the rabbit meat, pig kidney and fish meat was pro- gressed, and the recovery was 72.7% - 113.8% as additive level was 1 - 5 μg/kg. The RSD was 3.90% - 12.21% （ n = 10）. The detection limit was 1 μg/kg.
