摘　　要：目的:了解我院处方书写情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:抽取2007～2009年西药、中成药处方每月各100张,中草药处方每月50张,3年共计9000张,按处方点评指标进行分析。结果:不合格率:西药33.91%,中成药21.20%,中草药10.17%,前记书写不规范是主要因素。结论:需加强处方质量管理和干预。Objective： To look for problems exist in the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital and to promote rational use of drugs. Methods： 100 western medicine prescriptions, 100 Chinese patient medicine prescriptions, and 50 Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions monthly were randomly slected, altogether 9000 prescriptions for 3 years. The prescriptions were analysed according to the indicators of Comment on Prescription. Results- The unqualified rates were 33.91%, 21.20% and 10.17% for prescriptions of western medicine, Chinese patent medicine and Chinese herbal medicine, respectively. Nonstandard writing before the record is the major problem. Conclusion： Prescriptions supervising and intervention should be strengthened.
