摘　　要：本文报道免做青霉素皮试口服阿莫西林１０００４例病人不良反应观察结果。所有病人口服阿莫西林的剂量为０．５ｇ，１日３次，餐后０．５ｈ服，疗程４ｄ。１０００４例患者中出现不良反应与药物有关者７１例，很可能有关者１５９例，不良反应发生率为２．３％（２３０／１０００４）。最常见的不良反应为恶心、头昏、皮疹等。试验结果显示，在服药前详细询问青霉素及其他药物过敏史、过敏性疾患史的前提下，首剂在医护人员密切观察下服药、免做青霉素皮试用于临床基本是安全的。The adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in 10004 patients after oral administration of amoxicillin without prior skin test were reported. The dose of amoxicillin was 0.5g, 3 times a day, 0.5h after meals, for 4 days. Among 10004 patients, 71 patients had adverse reactions related to the drug and another 159 patients have reactions probable related to drug, the total rate of ADRs being 2.3% (230/10004). Among the ADRs, nousea, dizziness and rash were most commonly observed. It is concluded that in order to use oral amoxicillin safely without prior skin test, it is of utmost improatance that clinical doctors must take past history carfully including the allergic history to all penicillins and other drugs of the patients, the first dose of amoxicillin was given to patients by attending staffs.
