摘 要:水泥是我国制造业中CO_2最大的排放源,而在许多方面可代替水泥的化学石膏高强胶凝材料生产中,碳排放量仅为水泥的1/5;如果能充分利用化学石膏代替水泥的部分用途,CO_2的年减排总量可达近亿吨。另外,纸面石膏板也是高排碳产品,需要用创新技术来革新。以改变经济增长方式为核心目标,在低碳经济与循环经济有机结合、节能减排和综合利用并重的条件下,论述了化学石膏产业的发展方向及其节能减排效果。The CO2 emission from cement is the largest in manufacturing industry in China, but the chemical gypsum-based high-strength binding materials which can replace cement in many respects, its CO2 emissions is only 1/5 of cement. If the chemical gypsum can be made full use instead of cement in some respects, the total CO2 emission reduction of may reach nearly hundred million tons. In addition, the papered gypsum plank is also high CO2 emission product, needing some innovative technologies. The development trend of chemical gypsum industry and its effect of energy saving and emission reduction are discussed for changing the economic growth mode under the organic combination both low-carbon economy and circulation economy, the integration of energy saving and emission reduction with comprehensive utilization.
