摘  要:腰形反应结晶器能将湿法磷酸萃取槽中发生的化学反应过程和磷石膏结晶过程分开,使它们在各自的优惠工艺条件下进行;同时,又能自动、适量地为反应区回浆返料提供晶种,所得CaSO_4·2H_2O结晶均匀、粗大。该反应器生产强度高,磷矿分解率、磷石膏洗涤率分别大于97.5%、99.5%,反应速率常数比多格方槽反应器大40%,是单槽单桨反应器的2倍,且结构较简单,是一种优秀的磷矿酸解反应器。The two procedures both chemical reaction and crystallization can be separated during the WPA extraction by waisted reactor, and optimized under the respectively preferential conditions; at same time, waisted reactor can also return slurry with by waisted reactor, and provide the crystal seed for the reaction zone, the uniform, coarse crystal of CaSO4"2H20 is obtained. The reactor has high production intensity, the extraction yield and the wash rate in excess of 97.5%, 99.5% respectively, the reaction rate constant in increase by 40% compared with multi-squared reactor, or in 2 times compared with single tank and single blade reactor, with the simple structure, excellent performance for phosphate rock decomposition with acid.
