复方丹参合剂对去卵巢大鼠骨大小和骨量的影响

摘　　要：用测定骨大小和骨量的方法,观察复方丹参合剂(compound Danshen mixture,CDM)对去卵巢大鼠骨大小和骨量的影响。将健康4月龄雌性SD大鼠32只随机分成4组:正常对照组、假去卵巢组、去卵巢组、去卵巢+CDM组。去卵巢+CDM组大鼠于去卵巢手术后第2天开始给予CDM溶液灌胃,10 ml/(kg·d),持续11周。结果表明,去卵巢大鼠骨直径、骨体积、骨湿重、骨湿重/体重、骨干重、骨干重/体重、骨干重/骨体积等指标均低于假去卵巢组。去卵巢大鼠给予复方丹参合剂溶液灌胃后,骨直径、骨体积、骨湿重、骨湿重/体重、骨干重、骨干重/体重、骨干重/骨体积等指标均较去卵巢组增加。提示复方丹参合剂有利于改善去卵巢大鼠的骨大小和骨量。To investigate the influence of compound Danshen mixture（CDM） on bone size and quantity of ovariectomized rats,32 female Sprague- Dawley（SD） rats were divided randomly into 4 groups：①normal control group,②sham-ovariectomized group,③ovariectomized group（OVX）,④ovariectomy plus CDM group.The rats in the OVX plus CDM group took CDM[10 ml/（kg·d）]from the 2nd day after operation for 11 weeks.The results show that①the bone diamete,bone volume,bone wet weight,bone wet weight/ body weight,bone dry weight,bone dry weight/body weight,bone dry weight/bone volume were significantly lower in the ovariectomized group than in the sham-ovariectomized group;②CDM opposes the changes of the bone diamete,bone volume,bone wet weight,bone wet weight/body weight,bone dry weight,bone dry weight/body weight,bone dry weight/bone volume of the OVX rats.It concluded CDM was propitious to improve the bone size and quantity of ovariectomized rats.
