摘　　要：目的：通过研究证实维吾尔族人股骨形态与白种人和汉族人股骨形态有无差异。方法：行维吾尔族人股骨横断面和全长的 Ｃ Ｔ扫描，测量股骨长度、股骨头直径和位置、颈干角等参数。结果：对数据进行统计学处理，与白种人和汉族人比较，与白种人有明显差异，与汉族人无明显差异。结论：有必要设计符合国人股骨形态的假体。Objective: To investigate the anatomic basis by osteometry in order to design femoral components fitting the feature of the Chinese. Methods: To scan the uighur femur by CT, the femoral length, head. diameter, position and femoral neck shaft angle were measured and obtained. Results: After statistical analysis by spss/pc software, the data were different with Noble's results, similar to tuat of Han nationality in China. Conclusion: It is necessary for us to design artificial femoral components fitting the feature of femur of Chinese for clinical application.
