Design of Vacuum Control System for Cold Neutron Guide

摘　　要：In 2009,neutron guide engineering team has completed the installation of the cold neutron guide system.For the neutron guide system need to maintain low vacuum condition,we designed aIn 2009, neutron guide engineering team has completed the installation of the cold neutron guide system. For the neutron guide system need to maintain low vacuum condition, we designed a vacuum control system. In view of the actual spatial distribution of neutron guide system, seven vacuum pumps, seven vacuum gauges and the PLC are needed in the vacuum control system. The PLC can be used to automatically control the on-off of the vacuum vaives and vacuum oumns.
