摘　　要：In order to establish a set of TEPC system,we tested the characteristic of TEPC in gamma and neutron fields respectively,then calibrated it in the 252Cf source neutron field.The microdosimetryIn order to establish a set of TEPC system, we tested the characteristic of TEPC in gamma and neutron fields respectively, then calibrated it in the ^252Cf source neutron field. The microdosimetry spectra are obtained from the pulse amplitude spectra, and the neutron and gamma components are analyzed. According to the measured spectra （Fig. 1）, the absorbed dose rate and dose equivalent rate can be calculated. Simulation calculation was performed by Monte Carlo procedure, whose results are in agreement with the measured data, the values are listed in Table 1. Then, we know the measurement of TEPC system is practicable.
