摘  要:Prepulse-free,P-Polarization,1016 W/cm2 ultraviolet (UV) (248 nm) pulse laser irradiating targets at 45o incidence.Table 1 gives the experimental data.There are no effects on laser absorptionPrepulse-free, P-Polarization, 10^16 W/cm^2 ultraviolet (UV) (248 nm) Pulse laser irradiating targets at 45° incidence. There are no effects on'laser absorption mechanism with various material targets, For UV laser with wider width, there are no obvious effects for various thickness targets for laser absorption efficiency, but there are obvious effects for hot electron space distributions. For targets less than 10μm, temperature of hot electrons does not decrease with target thickness,
