摘　　要：Isotope tracing technology has been used in the study of dynamics of pharmaceutical metabolism extensivly.Stemazole,a small molecule chemical compound,stimulates adult neural stemIsotope tracing technology has been used in the study of dynamics of pharmaceutical metabolism extensivly. Stemazole, a small molecule chemical compound, stimulates adult neural stem cell proliferation .In order to Analyze of drug metabolism, stemazole drug was tritiated. 3H-Stemazole was synthesized with tritium gas by catalytic halogen-tritium replacement.
