摘  要:目的:研究一贯煎提取的多糖对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护及体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)的影响。方法:采用四氯化碳(CCl4)致小鼠肝损伤,测定生化指标,观察病理组织学改变,检测小鼠ig多糖后体内SOD活性和LPO含量,与对照组进行比较。结果:一贯煎多糖明显降低CCl4引起的小鼠血清丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)升高,减轻肝细胞的变性坏死,升高小鼠体内SOD活性,减少LPO含量。结论:一贯煎多糖与其煎剂有类同作用,揭示多糖可能是药效学成分之一,为临床用方治病提供实验依据。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effects of refined polysaccharides from Yiguanjian on experimental hepatic injury,SOD activity,LPO concentration in mice.METHODS:Injury the livers of mice by using CCl 4,determine its biochemical index,observe the change of pathological histology,test the activity of SOD and content of LPO in the mice after polysaccharides ig,and compare with normal animals.RESULTS:Yiguangjian polysaccharides can decrease obviously the increase of ALT in mice caused by CCl 4,reduce the denaturation and necrosis of liver cells,increase SOD activities in the body of mice,and reduce the content of LPO.Oral polysaccharides is safe.CONCLUSION:Yiguangjian polysaccharides and Yiguangjian decoction have a similar function,which shows that polysaccharides refined from Yiguanjian may be one important pharmacodynamic constituent and provides an experimental basis for clinical practice.
