卡介菌多糖核酸治疗常年性变应性鼻炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对常年性变应性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法:52例常年性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,每组各26例。治疗组用介菌多糖核酸注射液肌内注射,对照组用左西替利嗪口服。结果:两组近期疗效比较,显效率及总有效率差异均无显著性(P>0.05);但远期疗效比较,治疗组显效率65.4%,显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸对常年性变应性鼻炎具有良好的治疗作用,对控制复发亦有较好效果,不良反应极少。Objective：To study the efficacy of BCG-polysaccharides nucleic acid（BCG-PSN） for treating perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods：82 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were divided randomly into two groups,41 cases in each group.BCG-PSN was used in the treatment group and levocetirizine was orally given in the control group.Results：Comparing the short term effects between the two groups,the obvious effect rate and the total effective rate had no significant difference（P0.05）.But comparing the long term effects between the two groups,the obvious effect rate was 63.4% in treatment group,which was statistically superior to that in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion：BCG-PSN is effective for the treatment and relapse control of allergic rhinitis with rare adverse reactions.
