摘　　要：近年来，热导式仪表在流量计应用市场中份额有所增加。本文简介热导式质量流量计测量原理、特点，着重讨论了美国COLUMBIA公司热导式流量计的选型设计以及安装使用过程中应注意的问题，文中还给出了SO2烟气测量的调试数据。The measuring principle, features of the thermal conductive mass flowmeter is introducced in this paper, with emphasis on the discussion of COLUMIA thermal conductive flowmeter about its typing design and the points should be paid ettention to during its installation. The debugging data for S02 chimney gas measurement is also given in the paper.
