摘　　要：介绍了研制设计的染液自动滴定系统硬件及软件组成和它的作业情况、特点。由PLC主机来控制TD200文本显示器输入配方，计算并控制相应染液瓶电磁阀的通断时间、准确滴定染液重量。This paper introduces the hardware and software configuration and its main featrures of a newly designed dye liquor titration system. The system, by adopting PLC to control TD200 text display input the recipe, calculate and control the on -- off dulation of certain electromagnetic valves, can obtain a precise dye liquor weight.
