摘 要:目的介绍一种改良小鼠蛛网膜下腔置管技术,观察长期置管对小鼠运动协调功能和痛觉基线的影响。方法 20只雄性C57BL/6J小鼠,随机分为置管组(n=10)和假手术组(n=10)。比较两组小鼠置管前后,运动协调功能和痛觉基线(包括缩爪机械痛阈,热痛缩爪反应潜伏期、热痛刺激甩尾反应潜伏期,甩尾压痛阈值)是否有差异。结果置管后10~11d,置管组与假手术组之间以及同组小鼠置管前后,运动协调功能和痛觉基线差异均无统计学意义(P>0.10)。结论改良小鼠腰段蛛网膜下腔置管法简单可靠,使用该方法长期置管不影响小鼠运动协调功能和痛觉基线,为研究疼痛在脊髓水平的分子生物学调节机制提供了有力工具。Objective To introduce a modified catheterization in the lumbar spinal subarachnoid space of mice, and inspect the influence to pain sensation of mice.Methods20 male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into catheterization group (n =10) and sham group (n =10). 10 to 11 days after operation, the qualified mice were used for the tests of locomotor function, mechanical and thermal pain senstion. ResultsThere were no significant differences in locomotor function, mechanical and thermal pain sensation between two groups before and after operation (P 0.10).ConclusionsThe modified method is simplified and reliable, and chronic catheterization have no influence to locomotor function and pain sensation of mice. It should be a promising method for catheterization of the lumbar spinal subarachnoid space in pain research.
