右冠状动脉造影剂滞留对心率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察右冠状动脉造影剂滞留对患者心率的影响。方法选取经冠状动脉造影确定的右冠状动脉造影剂滞留患者22例,同时选取27例左冠状动脉前降支造影剂滞留和18例冠脉造影正常患者作为对照,测定三组患者的静息心率。结果右冠状动脉造影剂滞留患者较左冠状动脉前降支造影剂滞留、冠脉造影正常患者静息情况下心率明显减慢(造影术前63.7±7.7次/分vs70.4±7.5次/分,72.5±8.7次/分,P<0.05;造影术后62.1±6.5次/分vs72.0±6.7次/分,73.1±7.2次/分,P<0.05)。结论右冠状动脉造影剂滞留可造成窦房结动脉供血不足,导致心率减慢。Objective To investigate the effect of right coronary artery contrast agent retention on the patients＇ heart rate. Methods22 patients with right coronary artery contrast agent retention and 27 patients with left anterior descending artery contrast agent retention and 18 control cases were enrolled in the study. The heart rates in resting state were measured.ResultThe heart rates of the patients of right coronary artery contrast agent retention were lower than those of the left anterior descending artery contrast agent retention and normal control patients（63.7 ± 7.7 bpm vs 70.4 ± 7.5 bpm, 72.5 ± 8.7 bpm, P〈0.05, before coronary angiography; and 62.1 ± 6.5 bpm vs 72.0 ± 6.7 bpm, 73.1 ± 7.2bpm, P〈0.05, after coronary angiography respectively）. Conclusion Right coronary artery contrast agent retention could lead to sinus node artery insufficiency and decrease the heart rate.
